With over 20 years of experience working with the tiny teachers (Hongo), and more than three years immersed in ceremonial and integration spaces, Rey has witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when individuals are willing to meet themselves fully.

Over the past several years, Rey has worked within the personal development, ceremonial, and psychotherapy spaces, facilitating powerful experiences that shine a light on limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma, outdated self-identity patterns, and subconscious behaviours that shape one’s reality. Rey’s coaching style is rooted in emotional awareness, root-cause exploration, and somatic-based practices such as breathwork and timeline work. His approach emphasizes not just healing—but living more playfully, reconnecting with joy, and learning how to truly fill one’s own cup.
