SPHATIKA SUDA

Sphatika, from Barcelona, is a Gestalt and Holistic therapist with a decade of dedication to psycho-emotional and cognitive support. Her expertise encompasses body movement and liberation, pattern unblocking and belief deprogramming, as well as womb healing and female ovarian breathing. Additionally, she is a Reiki master, providing training to other therapists and performing energy therapies and cleansings to restore inner harmony and peace.

Her ability to integrate dreams and altered states of consciousness highlights her capacity to understand energy and navigate subtle realms. From a young age, Sphatika has maintained a profound connection with spirits, plants, nature, excelling in the study and practice of herbalism, phytotherapy, demonstrating exceptional sensitivity and awareness towards the elements.

Initiated by Mexican Medicine Woman Devi Chandra Ma, founder of Prana Foundation. As a guardian of the sacred fire, and has been trained Sphatika for five years assisting on Plant Medicine Retreats and in Bufo Alvarius ceremonies, known as the God molecule
Until This year Spatika has been initiated to serve medicine on her own with the support of other Prana Facilitators to contain the space and the safety for our clients.

Her approach focuses on calming the mind and aligning intention with the heart through yogic meditation and breathing. She employs shamanic drum and Tibetan bowls to guide and sustain the energy during ceremonies with love and kindness.
