Milena and Alexander

About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Meet Your Host

My name is Milena Davidova.

I am an Arabist, Ayurvedic therapist, university lecturer, and the creator of the transformational practice "Dance. Love. Fly. Create."

But if I'm completely honest...

None of my diplomas truly describe what I do.

Over the years, I have discovered that people rarely need someone to give them answers.

Much more often, they simply long to be truly seen.

To be heard beyond their words.

To feel safe enough to take off the masks they wear every day.

This is how I have always worked.

Whether someone comes to me for an Ayurvedic consultation, a therapeutic massage, a retreat, or simply a conversation, I first meet the human being.

Not the profession.

Not the achievements.

Not the carefully practiced smile.

But the person beneath all of it.

That is also why I create my retreats differently.

I don't believe every hour needs to be filled with activities.

I don't want people to return home with another destination checked off their travel list.

I want to offer them something much rarer:

Space.

Because when life finally slows down...

when the phone becomes silent...

when no one expects anything from you...

when all that surrounds you is wind, sand and endless sky...

something remarkable begins to happen.

You begin to hear yourself again.

During the years I have witnessed people who carried the weight of the world for decades suddenly allow themselves to breathe.

To cry.

Not because they were broken.

But because, perhaps for the first time in a very long while, they felt they didn't have to be strong anymore.

I cannot walk this path for anyone.

But I can walk beside them while they rediscover their own.

Why Morocco?

My own journey toward this work began more than twenty years ago in Tunisia.

That is where life introduced me to Alek.

I was a young student of Arabic language and culture.

He was living there with his family while his mother served as a diplomat.

We became close friends.

Life later carried us in different directions.

More than twenty years passed.

Our friendship never disappeared.

Eventually, life brought us together once again—this time not only as friends, but as partners.

Soon afterwards, Morocco became our second home.

Since then, every opportunity we have takes us back.

Together we wander through ancient medinas.

Cross the Atlas Mountains.

Spend evenings beneath the stars of the Sahara.

And every journey reveals another layer of this extraordinary country.

Because Morocco never stops revealing itself.

Our Roles During the Retreat

Throughout the retreat, our roles naturally complement one another.

I will be your main guide.

I will lead our practices, conversations and reflections, while sharing the history, traditions and culture of Southern Morocco.

Most importantly, I will be fully present with the group—holding the space where each person's journey can unfold in its own unique way.

Alek is the quiet strength behind everything.

While I dedicate myself entirely to the participants, he takes care of everything else: our route, logistics, local coordination and all the countless details that allow the journey to flow effortlessly.

The calm atmosphere our guests often speak about is not an accident.

It is the result of this partnership.

I often joke that if I tried to do everything myself, I would probably be exhausted by the third day.

Having someone I completely trust allows me to do what I love most:

Being fully present with people.

A Shared Dream

We also share a dream.

One day, we hope to create our own small Amazigh camp among the dunes.

Not a luxury resort.

Not a tourist attraction.

Simply a place where people can remember how very little they actually need to feel deeply alive.

Until then, we are profoundly grateful to work alongside our Amazigh friends, who welcome us as family and help transform every retreat into a genuine encounter with the spirit of Southern Morocco.

If, while reading these words, something inside you quietly whispers,

"This feels like my kind of journey..."

We would be honoured to walk this path with you.
