Iv is a coach, yoga teacher, trained Mindful Self-Compassion instructor, and certified in Positive Intelligence. Through mindfulness and self-care she helps women take responsibility for their thoughts and actions so they can create happier lives. Iv has been working with the topics of mindfulness, psychological resilience, self-compassion, yoga, and nonviolent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg for many years and have continued to develop thanks to valuable training and further education in these areas.​
