Embarking on the extremely profound and challenging journey of a shamanic apprenticeship began in 2021, in Peru. Since then I have been back to Peru and my apprenticeship has continued through the years. Many questions I had to ask myself if I were to step into this. Very specific questions about my life, family, and experiences this life. I have held many different ceremonies over the years, from cacao, to rapé, to ayahuasca, to huachuma (San Pedro). Of the 2 teachers I have been trained under, one was accordingly the president of Peru's National Shamanic Association. Twice now I have attended the intensive curanderismo program at the Flower of Life center in Peru, ran by and in the lineage of the traditional Shipibo peoples. It is the Shamanic school of knowledge onan yatishovo. This included many long periods of intense diet, fasting, training, dieting master plants and ceremony. I have been practicing since 2021 and have been holding ceremony in Canada since 2024.
