Elizabeth has been leading retreats for about 3 1/2 years with The Sacred Healing Center and The Mayan Garden. She received her certification and training when studying in Vietnam in 2018. Her passion for exploring the world, teaching and guiding yoga has brought her to The Sacred Healing Center and The Mayan Garden family. She speaks both English and Spanish, being the best guide for the many retreats held by The Sacred Healing Center in both Central and South America.
