This is a reclamation to all the women who came before and never had a chance to truly share their voice, their truth and their Dharma.
My Dharma is asking me - what am I meant to do with this 1 sacred life? What part of me is of value and what part of me is of service?

During the Panchakarma you will monodiet Kitchari - an Ayurvedic soup consisting of mung beans, basmati rice, spices, ghee and root vegetables. Breakfast will be fruits, oatmeal or chia pudding.
