At Espiral Retreats, our mission is to create safe and sacred spaces for deep healing, transformation, and self-discovery. Rooted in the Sacred Valley of Peru, we honor San Pedro (Huachuma) as our main medicine for its sustainability, gentleness, and profound power to open the heart. We complement this path with Bufo Alvarius, Kambo, cacao, art, and integration practices, offering holistic healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Guided by integrity, reciprocity, and respect, we serve the medicines, the Earth, and each person who joins us. Our vision is a world where individuals reconnect to their essence, awaken creativity, and carry their healing outward to inspire more compassionate, conscious, and harmonious communities.

Both spaces are surrounded by mountains, gardens, and the quiet beauty of nature, offering the comfort and privacy needed to relax, integrate, and go deeper into healing.

Directions
The nearest international airport is Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) in Cusco, Peru. Most international travelers connect through Lima (Jorge Chávez International Airport – LIM) before taking a short one-hour flight to Cusco.
From Cusco, our retreat location in the Sacred Valley is about 1.5 hours by car. We can help arrange a trusted private taxi or shuttle directly from the airport to our home, making your arrival smooth and comfortable.
If you prefer to arrive earlier, Cusco offers many beautiful places to acclimate to the altitude before traveling to the valley.

Huachuma Amongst the Sacred Valley
What a powerful experience. I had a profound experience in many ways because Theo and Gary created a safe container for the medicine and the day: a day full of song, presence, strong energy, and the backdrop of the sacred Apus (the mountains).
They take care care in their medicine and it is evident in the way that they interact with the plants and with one another and each of the guest during the process.
I greatly appreciated the expressions of creativity that are fostered in the ceremony space from painting, to instruments, to singing. It is a way to transmute the energy and the different experiences into something healing, uplifting, and whole.
I would sit with both Theo and Gary at any point in the future - they are remarkable men that carry both depth and levity in their beings and who are true listeners and teachers of these medicines.
