Rock & Rose

The land, the location, the guided excursions, the pampering sessions, the food, the hosts - every bit of this retreat was nurturing, relaxing, supportive and imbued with love. There was never a strict sense of a timeline - each of us were invited to immerse in the now - and this enabled me to completely let go and reconnect with myself and be fully present. It was truly very difficult to leave when the time came to head home, but I look forward to future retreats with Lisa, Dan, Katie and Laura. Thank you all so very much!

This retreat spoke to my heart. The land called me, and I was so excited to see Scotland from this gentle perspective. We were pampered and nourished, mind, body, and soul lots of laughs along the way as well. Our guides were accommodating and gave us wonderful adventures with a great balance between learning some new skills and enjoying the beauty of the nature around us. The accommodations were amazing, and the food was prepared with love and out of this world. Just wish a few more of my friends could’ve come along. Thank you for this wonderful time and space.
