A Deeply Transformative and Safe Experience at La Mezquita
My experience at La Mezquita was deeply transformative and very meaningful.
From the beginning, the whole process felt clean, clear, and well-organized. I felt safe throughout the retreat and felt that I could fully rely on the team: Sasha, Laura, and Babaji. This sense of safety was especially important during the nature part of the retreat, where the experience became even deeper and more open.
The integration sessions were very effective. They helped me unpack and understand deep inner experiences from a new perspective, and this made the whole process much more grounded and valuable.
I also really appreciated the group activities and the atmosphere around the retreat. Building a human pyramid, spending time together on the beach during the integration day, and sharing the delicious food prepared by the team all added a beautiful sense of connection and community.
Overall, I am very grateful for this experience. Sasha, Laura, and Babaji did an amazing job creating a space where deep inner work, safety, nature, and human connection could come together in such a powerful way.
