Day 1.
Your Journey of Stillness Begins
Your journey begins with a profound "letting go" in the heart of old Tbilisi. Before ascending to the peaks, we immerse ourselves in the healing warmth of ancient sulfur baths, using the traditional Kisa scrub to physically wash away the stress of the outside world. As we travel North along the legendary Georgian Military Highway, the air grows crisper and the landscape more dramatic, punctuated by the turquoise waters of Jinvali and the silent history of Ananuri. By the time you arrive at the 4-star Suatis Resort, the rush of daily life is a distant memory. This is your first step into a week of presence, where we gather under the gaze of Mount Kazbek to set our intentions and begin our transformation.
09:00 | Meet & Greet at First Republic Square: We begin our journey at First Republic Square (formerly Rose Revolution Square) for a warm welcome and transfer to the Abanotubani district.
09:30 | The Royal Sulfur Bath Ritual: Indulge in a private 1-hour session in Tbilisi’s historic sulfur baths, featuring a traditional Kisa (exfoliating scrub) to renew your skin and spirit.
11:00 | Departure for the High Caucasus: We begin our scenic drive North.
11:45 | Scenic Stops & Ancient History: Stretch your legs and capture photos at the stunning Jinvali Reservoir and the 17th-century Ananuri Fortress.
13:30 | Authentic Georgian Lunch at Restaurant Guda: Savor a "mouthwatering" farm-to-table lunch at this beloved local favorite in Pasanauri, famous for its authentic mountain flavors.
15:00 | The Gudauri Observation Deck: A final high-altitude stop at the Friendship Monument for panoramic views of the Gudauri Valley.
16:00 | Arrival at Suatis Resort Kazbegi: Check into your 4-star mountain sanctuary and take time to rest while soaking in the views of Mount Kazbek.
17:00 | Opening Circle & First Flow: We gather for a heartfelt welcome ceremony and icebreakers, followed by a grounding Yoga & Pranayama session to align our energy.
19:00 | Welcome Dinner: Enjoy a nourishing meal of fresh Georgian cuisine as we settle into the slower, soulful rhythm of the week ahead.
