7:30 - 8 - Restorative/meditation
Day 2: Sat
7:30 - 7:45 - Meditation
7:45 - 8:30 - Yoga
8:30 - 9:30 - Breakfast
9 - 9:45 - Break
9:45 - 10:30 - Foot Feldenkrais
10:30 - noon - Group hike (we’ll have a hill and a flat road option)
12:30 - 1:30 - Lunch
1:30 - 2:15 Journaling + break
2:15 - 4:30 - Anger Purge / Emotional Release Exercise
4:30 - 6 - Break (can walk to town optionally for ice cream)
6 - 7 - Dinner
7-8 - mystery activity
8 onwards - Hot tubbing / Free time

7:15-8:15 - Yoga (optional) + Meditation
8:15-10:00 - Breakfast + Free time
10:00-10:45 - Feldenkrais
10:45-12:30 Group Hike (optional)
12:30-2:00 - Lunch + Break + journaling assignment
2:00-4:00 - Heart opening Feldenkrais
4:00-5:00 - Free Time
5:00 - 6:00 - Head/Heart/3rd eye activity
6:30 - 7:30 - Dinner
7:30 - 8:30 - Mixer communication activity
8:30 onwards hot tub and free time

9:30 - 10:30 am - Group hike
10:30 -11:00 am - Manifestation / Powerfully Calling in what you want to exercise
11 - 11:30 am - the Eyes Feldenkrias lesson
