Jennifer Witherspoon is residing in Peru where she is hosting spiritual and healing retreats Jennifer offers a safe environment for people to experience healing of trauma from childhood through adulthood. Her retreats take people to sacred sites in Peru that further actualize a person's healing and potential. She partners with local healers to learn about the Andean Cosmology of the snake, puma, and condor, to heal your past, present and future. People on her retreats receive the Munay-Ki rites to become a person of wisdom and power, participate in yoga, sacred dance, cacao, sound baths, and musical ceremonies, and San Pedro ceremonies, as well as visit sacred sites at Machu Picchu, Cusco, and the Sacred Valley.

Getting Here

Directions
You'll want to depart your home country on June 9th to arrive into Cusco, Peru on the late morning or early afternoon of June 10th. All flights go through Lima, so aim if you can, to not have a long layover in Lima, or you will need a hotel on the night of the 9th (not included). Be sure that your flight goes in and out of Cusco, Peru and that your luggage is checked through to Cusco.

We will stay at a number of retreat centers and hotels. Where possible, private rooms are offered. In some spaces, shared rooms are required.

We will be staying in a number of retreat centers. Some of them offer yoga, some offer plant medicine ceremonies. Most will have shared bathrooms and rooms. Some accommodations can be made for couples and singles private rooms, but in many spaces it will be shared rooms.

We'll work with the retreat centers to prepare delicious meals with Peruvian flair. We can cater to vegan and vegetarian diets and there will also be eggs, cheese, and meat available sometimes.
What's Included
- Monday, June 10th. Afternoon arrival at Cusco, Peru. Lunch, small walks at the Temple of the Moon, dinner, fire sharing ceremony/intention setting.
- Tuesday, June 11: Morning Yoga, journaling. Breakfast. Despacho Ceremony. lunch. Receive 3 Munay Ki rites, explore the nature and ruins in Cusco. Dinner, firesharing.
- .Wednesday, June 12: San Pedro Ceremony visit nature around the Temple of the Moon.
- Thursday, June 13: Travel to Ollantaytambo, train to Machu Picchu. Stay overnight in MP.
- Friday, June 14th: Visit MP, return to Sacred Valley.
- Saturday, June 15: Aya Ceremony
- Sunday, June 16 Integration circle, lunch at Sacred Sushi in Pisac, stay overnight in Pisac, sound ceremony.
- Monday, June 17th: Explore Pisac ruins and visit Pacha Tucson. Return to Cusco.
- Tuesday, June 18th: Train to Lake Titicaca
- Wednesday, June 19th: visit islands and families on Lake Titicaca.
- Thursday, June 20th Visit more islands on Lake Titicaca (temple of the moon/sun/Bolivia.
- Friday, June 21: Visit the interdimensional stargate Amaru Muru for solstice. Return to Cusco.
- Saturday, June 22: cacao ceremony, closing ceremony.
- Sunday, June 23, return home.
