Breakdown of the Personal Retreat Package

Morning Practices: Start each day with a grounding morning practice that prepares you for a day filled with exploration and self-discovery.

Daytime Adventures: Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy the freedom to:

• Swim in serene waterfalls


• Hike through vibrant jungle trails


• Partake in local excursions to exciting destinations like ziplines, beaches, or mountain peaks


• Get in a full day of work with high speed wifi for Digital Nomads

Afternoon Sessions: Participate in a variety of dynamic practices designed to engage your body and mind, including:

• Contact Improvisation


• Song Circles


• Aerial Arts


• Conscious Listening


• Tantric Temple Activities

These sessions are flexible, allowing you to choose from a menu of options that cater to your interests and desires.

Optional Private Sessions: On request, we can help plan additional private activities tailored to your specific needs and intentions.

Dates:  Select your own dates, or choose to join a cohort with a Gayborhood-created intentional container complete with opening/closing ceremonies, and optional seamless ground transport to/from SJO ($60 each way). Cohort packages include 3-night weekends (Friday to Monday) or 4-night weekday packages (Monday to Friday).
