The schedule is flexible and you can choose what works best for you.
From a baseline agenda, we'll normally be retreating minimum 6 hours per day.
The latest morning session is 9am, the latest afternoon session is 3 pm, the latest evening session is 5pm. However, if you love sunrises, sunsets or late night sessions, then let us know so that the agenda can be beautifully unique.
Each session varies and is between 1-2-3 hrs depending on the activity.

Directions
Super easy. Faro airport is approx. 46 kms from Cabanas De Tavira and takes on average 30 mins. You can easily take a bus, train or taxi to Cabanas. There is a small train station in Cabanas (Conceição) and this is within easy walking distance to the retreat pads. The shuttle bus from Faro airport takes you directly to the central bus and train station (they are right next to eachother) and from here you can take the connecting bus or train to Cabanas.
Accommodation
Our comfortable private retreat pads are available individually or to share with friends. All of the retreat pads have access to a swimming pool. Some retreat pads have their own private pool. Each retreat pad is in walking distance to the retreat hub where all the retreat activities take place. The retreat pads can be viewed in more detail on our website www.nanoretreats.com

Here within an easy wander from your private retreat pad, you have the opportunity to learn powerful energy practices to make this a retreat experience to awaken yourself to the uniqueness of you. Located in the heart of a lovely seaside village, the retreat centre is a lovely rustic hub surrounded by plants and banana trees, a peaceful place for the mindful, modern yogi. In Cabanas, you have an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants and a good local market with fresh local produce.
