Peg Considine BFA, M.Ed. is an artist who lives in western Massachusetts and taught visual art for 20 years. Since retirement, she has been facilitating creative workshops designed to encourage self-expression and a sense of well-being through an intuitive use of art materials and techniques. The process is accessible and beneficial to all levels of artistic experience.

Welcome to our Art Journaling Exploration program, a unique and creative journey designed to inspire self-expression, mindfulness, and artistic discovery. An art journal encourages a fusion of written and visual elements, providing a unique and introspective way to explore and communicate thoughts and feelings. Using a variety of materials and techniques, you will learn to use your intuition and playful exploration of ideas to promote self-awareness and emotional well-being. This program is accessible and beneficial to all levels of artistic experience. Bring a favorite journal. All art materials will be provided but also feel free to bring your own.
