Details of this retreat
Rediscover your true self, break free from limiting beliefs, and cultivate empowerment through meaningful connections, authentic communication, vulnerability and practical tools to create positive transformation in your life.
This retreat will guide participants on a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and connection. Through a series of interactive exercises, discussions, and activities, participants will explore their belief systems, learn to communicate authentically, and embrace vulnerability as a pathway to empowerment. By the end of the retreat, participants will have gained valuable insights, learned new tools, begun to form new habits to support their desired life changes, and will have formed deeper connections with themselves and others. Get ready to challenge yourself, remember who you truly are, remember what it is to be human and to realize a higher potential in a fun, supportive and nurturing environment.
Daily movement, breathwork and meditations along with cold exposure and sauna, time in nature, delicious organic food and the spectacular surroundings of The Sentinel will complement and deepen the other activities and workshops offered over the course of the retreat.
Group Discussions, Workshops and Team Building Exercises - Explore the themes of authenticity, vulnerability, belief systems, communication, rebuilding trust, the ego and emotions in group discussions, various exercises and workshops designed to challenge your current belief systems, perceptions and world view. These exercises will provide the opportunity to leave the retreat with a more expansive and liberated world view to bring more peace and joy into your life, relationships and career.
Breathwork - Explore the multidimensional nature of your being through breathwork led by a master facilitator. Breathwork practices provide an opportunity to release the aspects of ourselves we developed as coping and protection mechanisms or inherited in our ancestral lineage but no longer serve us in our present life. These powerful practices allow us to align to our authentic self and open to an expanded sense of being.
Movement – Open and align the body with a variety of movement practices intelligently sequenced with the other modalities presented to move and amplify the energetic shifts created over the course of the weekend. Jeff will lead a variety of practices ranging from yoga to qigong to ecstatic dance or primal movement.
Resiliency Tools - Gain mastery over your nervous system through the practices of cold and heat exposure. The nervous system is the energetic system of our body. Expanding its capacity allows you to stay regulated and expansive in stressful situations, expand your energetic field, and enhance creativity.
Re-wild In Nature - Enjoy the incredible natural surroundings of The Sentinel and remember that you are nature. Optional river walks, guided cold dips in wild and beautiful Kootenay Lake help us to re-harmonize to our true nature.
Community – Coming together in community with others of like mind and vibration is perhaps one of the most potent and powerful aspects of these retreats. Entering a safe container where we can be seen, heard and held by our community allows us to heal our wounds and strengthen our confidence and authenticity to show up in the world as the one we came here to be.
There will also be ample time to simply be, enjoy the natural surroundings and interact with other guests as well as your facilitators in a non structured way.
