About this Retreat
Your Guides
Your host and facilitator, Demi Schneider, is a certified trainer for “Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams” programmes based on the work of Louise Hay. She is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, Solution Focused Brief Therapist and Metaphysical Life Coach, enabling her to present a unique and extra powerful experience. She has been running workshops and retreats since 2002, and founded Depression Busting Courses in 2010 and The Fundamental Shift in 2018, working with hundreds of individuals to transform their lives. Demi is also a published author of 2 books. Her Retreats in Turkey are her greatest joy to share the path to freedom and happiness.

Set in a secluded haven of peace and tranquility, this offers the perfect environment to make positive change, relax and have time for you, surrounded by mountains, with beautiful gardens, fruit trees, a pool, cushioned seating areas and gorgeous views.

Wednesday we have our River Cruise afternoon/evening excursion; Saturday we have a full day excursion; Sunday we finish earlier to go to the local town for dinner and free time.
Breakfast will be served between 8.00 and 9.00 for a 9.30 start on our transformational workshops. We will work for about 90 - 100 mins each session with a 20 min break and an hour for lunch. We will finish around 5.30/6.00 unless on an excursion, with Free Time until dinner at 7.00. The flood lit grounds offer wonderful places to sit, relax and reflect on the day and the pool is open till midnight if you fancy a late swim

Directions
You will need to arrive at Dalaman Airport, Turkey, where you will be met and driven to the Retreat Centre about 45 minutes away.
Accommodation
Enjoy your own privacy in either a standard single ensuite room, or a single-occupancy double ensuite room to have more space. Toiletries and towels are provided and bedding is changed in the week. (If 2 come together and want to share, this can also be arranged).

The meals are healthy and freshly prepared by the experienced and lovely cook. Any dietary needs or special requests are discussed in our initial personal zoom meeting before booking completion.

(If the weather is unseasonably inclement, awesome land trips will be arranged.)
