This retreat will be offering deep breathwork journies to connect to your higher state of being, telos, lemuria, and interdimensional contact.

These sessions are designed for you to dive deep into the void, the subconscious, the zero-point, and the quantum field; in this place is where we can identify old paradigms and old stories to release and recode our subconscious to unlock our highest potential, experience major breakthroughs, paradigm shifts, and most importantly manifest our highest timeline and manifest abundance on a planetary level as a collective, as we receive together we give back.

During the day, we will be experiencing daily excursions in the Mount Shasta Area, such as Heart Lake Trail Hiking, Shasta Lake, and Burney Falls, and daily house activities include workshops, guided meditations, journaling prompts, cacao ceremony, Hape ceremony, tea ceremonies, cold plunges, ecstatic dance, and Bonfire.

This retreat is spiritually charged with night and day activities to serve your mind, body, and soul.

Each day will be set with intentional and conscious experiences inviting you to raise your vibration across all dimensions.

Over these few days, you will work with certified, trauma-informed, quantum breathwork facilitators with Eastern medicine training. They will guide you on a complete breathwork journey with multi-styled breathwork sessions.

Outside of the breathwork sessions, excursions and group activities will be arranged to highlight the island's high-vibrational nature!

This will pack a few days with opportunities for high vibration and divine connection to the spirit!
