Your Guides
I am passionate about getting people into movement, whether it' yoga, CrossFit, HIIT, running or strength training. I believe there is something out there for everybody.
With over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry and a background from Rugby I enjoy all kinds of movement. With me as a coach you're days will be filled with different classes. Anything from yin yoga and meditation to boot camps on the beach.
Cecilia has a bachelor's degree in Sports Management, is an instructor of the year - 2017, and is a fitness instructor at Thomas Cook.

Airport pick-up and drop-off is not included from Larnaca airport. Our retreat is located only 15 minutes drive from the airport and taxi are available at the airport.
