• 9:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast

• 10:30 – 11:30 - Breathwork workshop

• 11: 45 – 12:45 - Cross training (Beginner to intermediate)

• 12.45 – 1:30 – Self Reflection and Relaxation with Teas, Coffees, and Refreshments

1:45 – 2:45 – Intuitive Dance Body Movement- A relationship with your body
and mind

• 3:00 – 4:00– Lunch

• 4:15 – 5:15 - Meditation-Introducing Prana Vikshana, Pranayama & Nadi Shodhana

• 5:30 – 6:30 - Menopause Workshop (guided information on symptoms and lifestyle changes that can assist to support the transition from perimenopausal through the menopause and beyond.

• 6:45 – 8:00 - Chi Chung

• 8:00 – 9:00 – Dinner
