About this Retreat
Deeply intrigued by the human mind, my eight-year journey through psychology has yielded profound insights beyond my imagination. Now, I celebrate a liberated mind, an intuitive bond with my body, and a profound appreciation for life's blessings. Heightened awareness, clarity, and motivation empower me daily, fostering fulfilling relationships and mastery over emotional responses. Grateful for life's abundance in all areas, I've discovered my purpose and live fully.
My inner journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, from ceremonialist facilitation to trauma therapy, driven by an instinctive calling to explore TVM. This practice restored balance to my nervous system, guiding me back to my authentic self. I advocate for its transformative power, offering support to those seeking a brighter path forward.
As a provider of TVM pelvic floor sessions, I facilitate enhanced intimacy and self-connection, driven by a passion to share its benefits with all who seek them.
I now educate others on the triple vagal method, providing this technique to help each individual and their clients in their healing journey.
They say that we grow up to be the hero our inner child needed and in my case that’s definitely true. I had a difficult and traumatic childhood after losing my father at a young age and in finding my way through the pain, I felt called to use the skills and experience I developed on my own healing journey to help others. This manifested itself in a varied career working in social services with disadvantaged children, refugees, homeless people & people with mental illnesses. I loved the work but seeing friends, family and clients struggling with persistent complaints, I always felt that there must be a missing piece that would make true healing possible without the years of therapy, treatments and medications.
I took the decision to travel to Mexico on my own journey of healing and first received a TVM™ session in the mountains of Oaxaca, instantly feeling my whole body light up as it was finally being met, held and understood. This soon led to me training as a TVM™ Practitioner and going on to complete the TVM™ Pelvic Floor training, TVM™ Advanced Practitioner, TVM™ Educator and TVM™ Pelvic Floor Educator training. I have spent more than 500 hours studying and training with Dr. Maj Zachari and am super excited to pass on the skills and knowledge I’ve learned with this incredible modality.
TVM™ has completely changed my life: I have experienced a personal and professional uplevelling that I could never have dreamed of. I discovered the missing piece of the puzzle to recovering from trauma with TVM™ somatic therapy and I'm honoured to be teaching this medicine so that you can help yourself and others heal as well.

Directions
Cortijo San Jose is located near the Hamlet of Puerto Alegre, next to the small town of Puente Genil, in the province of Cordoba.
Malaga and Seville airport are both 1hr30 minutes drive, transports can be arranged. There are also trains running to nearby Puente Genil.
Cortijo San Jose is located in the middle of Andalusia, therefore excellently positioned for touring the region and its beautiful world heritage sites so we recommend to all our guests to rent a car at the airport. Driving in this region is very easy as there is hardly ever any traffic and the roads are excellent.

The Cortijo San Jose boasts 6 single and shared occupancy ensuite rooms. The Cortijo has recently been renovated by new owners Celi and Kells, with their own take on Andalusian moorish style.

We are delighted to be returning to the Cortijo San Jose in the beautiful Andalusian countryside. Set within 3 acres on a hilltop, the 200-year-old Cortijo offers olive groves and a laguna, which is home to a flamboyance of flamingos. Cortijo San Jose is full of character and charm, providing beautiful accommodation and plenty of areas for entertainment and relaxation.
