My name is Yvonne and I have a true passion for helping others awaken to living a life of balance. After spending most of my career leading customer experience and strategic teams for large corporations, in 2017 I experienced deep depression.
As I realized I was living to work vs working to live, I began to wake up and break free from the monotony of work, sleep, drink, eat, repeat.

If you are ready to get to embark on a journey of self awareness, learn more deeply who you are and what you truly desire out of life, then you are ready for this retreat. What is Reiki? It is a holistic self healing practice that heals the practitioner as they learn to heal others. In this retreat you will receive a deeply intuitive Reiki healing session and begin your own self healing journey by becoming a certified Reiki Level 1 Practitioner. You will experience a gentle process of aligning your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy systems, releasing what is no longer serving you and advancing into a heightened state of self awareness. Integration of this healing energy with your energy system also enables you to facilitate ongoing healing for yourself and others who are in need. Become more aligned to your true essence and open yourself to experience more love in your life, when you learn and experience the power of Reiki. As part of this transformational experience, you will have dedicated support from your Reiki teacher throughout your stay, a sunrise visit to the very powerful Angkor Wat Temple for one, or two of your four Reiki attunements, private mindfulness meditation and practice reiki sessions as well as yoga and healthy meals with vegetarian/vegan options.

Accommodation
Each Explorer Room is enclosed by a private garden. The view from each room is either the lush, well-manicured garden or the inviting lagoon-styled swimming pool. At 45 sq. m. each, Explorer Rooms are more than adequately sized. Each comes with its own furnished veranda, a sitting area, and a sizable bath area equipped with his and her vanities, his and her showers, and adequate closet space. The mix of wooden, sandstone, and pebble wash floors carries that resort theme within the room.
