There are no schedules in Bwiti and as such we try to create a timeless container
for your healing to occur. There are some basic guideposts to the week, that are
subject to change as we always stay tuned to the guests needs…
Day One (arrival day) - Settle in, meet our team, explore the property. In the evening
we’ll gather round after dinner for your orientation into the week ahead.
Day Two (your first ceremony day) - Breakfast will be served between 9-10 am. At some
point during the day, you’ll have your one on one with the facilitators to review your
goals & questions for ceremony. Outside of that you are free to explore our walking
trails, enjoy the sauna & pool and just relax. Between 2-3pm you’ll have your last meal
of the day, after that only water & coconut water.
Day Three (processing day)- An essential day to rest and reflect on the night that just
passed. We’ll be checking on you periodically and giving you both nourishing,
replenishing foods & counseling as needed. Sometime in the evening you’ll get some
rest, but it is normal not to sleep the day after ceremony as the medicine continues to
work with you.
Day Four (integration day) - We’ll go for a local hike together or yoga or a massage and then if weather
permits, the spiritual shower ceremony. This ceremony involves no medicine, but is a
potent way to energetically clear oneself of everything that is no longer serving you and
inviting the new life you wish to bring in.
Day Five (second ceremony day) -Breakfast will be served between 9-10am. During the
day, you can revisit your questions & see if anything new has come up from the first
ceremony with one of the facilitators. Between 2-3pm you’ll have your last meal of the
day, after that only water & coconut water. Again, this is a day to rest and relax as much
as possible before we gather round for the second fire talk/ceremony that evening
around 9pm. Yoga + Massage are available.
Day 6 ( Processing Day)- The same as the previous processing day, a simple day to just
rest & reflect and really be with yourself, without distractions.
Day 7 (Final Integration Day)- We’ll enjoy a day out locally, before coming home to share a closing circle & meal together.
Day 8 (Departure Day) - Breakfast will be served and check out is before noon.
