Welcome to the Lake Atitlan Transcend Retreat, a sanctuary designed and carefully crafted to support individuals in their journey of self-discovery and reconnection to their true essence.

Where: Located at Bambu Forest at Tzununa in Lake Atitlan Guatemala. Lake Atitlan is a Nahuatl word, Atitlan translates to “the place where the rainbow gets its colors.” Natural places with breathtaking beauty and power have sacred meaning to the Maya, and this volcanic lake is no exception.

Immerse yourself in a week-long retreat from July 14th to 19th, where you'll embark on a profound journey of personal growth and expansion.

7:00- Morning quiet time

7:30 - Meditation & Mantras & Movement

9:00 - Breakfast

Break

10:30 - Morning Healing Focused session

12:30 - Lunch

Break

3:00 - Evening healing session

6:00 - Dinner

Post diner: Healing experiences based on the theme of the day.

10:00 - End of day, Quiet time.

Healing sessions will include subconscious mindset talks, hands on experiences, breathwork, sound healing, Cacao circles, embodiment movement, workshops to name a few.

Day 1: Welcome:

Today you arrive! This day is all about settling in, setting intentions, and resting.

Day 2: Discovery/Release:

This day is all about discovering what you are ready to let go of and what is holding you back. You’ll begin to release what is holding you back. A cultural excursion to a permaculture farm & waterfall will be included on this day.
Day 3 - Tuesday
Release:

This day is focused on fully releasing what no longer serves you. You will be taken through supportive practices to finally let go. Temazcal will be experienced along with a mushroom journey.
Day 4 - Wednesday
Transform - Taking Flight

This day is focused on your transformation. The rebirth of your soul , body , and mind into the desired state of being.
Day 5 - Thursday
Celebration/Closing

Celebrating your rebirth through welcoming your expansive and authentic self into this new reality you created. Cultural Excursion to the markets of CHICHICASTENANGO will be included.
Day 6 - Friday
Integration/Depart

Today we’ll end with an integration circle to share about your experience and receive insights on integrating before you leave back home. We’ll end with a beautiful cacao circle before we all say our final goodbyes

Travel into the La Aurora International Airport. A shuttle will take the group to the lake.

There are shared accommodations available. Hot water showers. Balcony is present. Lots of spaces to have your own time. Grand views of the lake and easy access to other parts of the lake. The Bambu Forest is an eco-guest house utilizing the principles of permaculture, sustainability, and regenerative living.
