With over a decade's worth of research in the mind-body connection, Anna is on the lifelong pursuit of exploring and guiding forms of embodiment through the Healing Arts and self-expression. Whether she’s diving deep with you in private sessions or conducting worldwide seminars with audiences up to 30K, Anna is devoted to creating safe and transformative spaces for people to embody their innate potential.

About Chelsey: Chelsey Pierce is a Multifaceted Conscious Creator & Visionary, recognized for her intuition, heart in leadership, dedication to growth and being of service. She specializes in company culture, upholding brand Integrity, and balancing business & spirituality with high profile companies and names. She has also facilitated over 30+ leadership/healing retreats worldwide, fostering profound personal and collective growth. Chelsey also conducts sessions in Human Design, Gene Keys, and Holy Fire Reiki.

About Christine: Christine holds degrees in both dance and communication studies, is a certified yoga teacher at the 500-hour level with YogaWorks, a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master, and an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist. She has also completed training in therapeutics, iRest Yoga Nidra and is currently pursuing a certificate in Ayurvedic Wellness coaching. Christine is also a dance educator and yoga instructor for various companies, including KINRGY, Ompractice, Equinox, YogaWorks and GROOV3.

About Daphne: Daphne is a passionate and experienced movement teacher deeply rooted in the world of dance and performance. With over 15 years of dedicated yoga practice and a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Dance, her journey has been a vibrant exploration of the body, movement, and soul. Daphne seamlessly blends dance and yoga philosophy in her classes, emphasizing alignment, exploration, and a deep connection to breath. As a dedicated Movement Facilitator, she guides participants through transformative experiences, fostering personal growth in a safe and nurturing space.

About Tiffany: Tiffany fuses Astrology to inform her Restorative Yoga & Sound Meditation sessions. Her decade-long career as an Operating Room Educator gave her the optimal environment to test the various stress management tools she gathered over the years and mindfully incorporate them into her own wellness practices to embody and share with others. Her intention is to provide students the resources to explore and discover their fullest selves through strengthening their relationship to their intuition.
