About this Retreat
Lulu is a somatic and holistic therapist who is ready to hold the sacred space where your bare soul can be witnessed, honored, and cherished. As an Asian LGBTQ+ woman, who once navigated the shadows of addiction, she bore witness to the jagged edges of existence and the yearning to belong. Yet, from the ashes of despair arose a steadfast spirit, a guardian of the wounded, and a harbinger of hope. Whether it's through sound healing, breathwork, yoga, movement practices, or other creative and experiential approaches, she compassionately guides others though their own metamorphosis. She is a lover of nature, animals, all things music & arts, and dancing!
She's a seasoned healer with professional skills sets from both Eastern and Western medicine. She's spent the last decade as a former scientist and chemist who is now a world-traveling and renowned alchemist. She's a multifaceted healer, transformational specialist, sacred SIStar ceremonialist, and certified breathwork practitioner here to guide you and shine the light within.
Wendy's legend is built upon cultivating loving relationships, adventures, and continuous learning. She prioritizes holistic well-being through daily routine, healthy nourishment, and growth-oriented adventures. Joy emerges from playful connections, creative expressions, and expanding knowledge, while her ideal self embodies laughter, joy, and constant evolution. Her heart's deepest desires are for a loving community and affectionate relationships, driven by a pursuit of unity and oneness.
Details of this retreat
This Reclaim Her Womby's Embodiment retreat is for women who are craving to unapologetically trust and honor their deep feminine intuition, unleash their tears, laughter, screams, and pleasure without restriction. It is for women to awaken their wild, primal, animalistic roots, heal physical trauma and the shame of their expression, and develop a relationship with and understand the wisdom of their feminine power.
It is also for women to have the space to slow down and take their time to nurture themselves, to transform body image flaws and judgements of themselves, and to heal sister wounds of mistrust, comparison, jealousy, insecurity and fear.
It is for women to unburden their unhealthy “masculine” tendencies of planning, goal-setting, independence, control, withholding emotions, and avoidance. It is for women to release womb trauma of birth, miscarriage, abortion, infertility, surgery, violations, menstrual issues, and more.
It is for women to RECLAIM aspects of Self and femininity that have been given away.
