QHAPAQ is a one-to-one integral guidance process for people who feel a genuine call to make a deep shift in their lives and to inhabit life with greater truth, coherence, and presence.
This path is for those who no longer wish to live from inertia, fragmentation, or external mandates, and who are ready to take responsibility for their inner world and their way of being in life.
We work integrally with the five dimensions of the human being - body, mind, emotions, spirit, and relationship with the world - through a committed, honest, and sustained 1:1 process.

QHAPAQ is not conventional coaching.
It is a conscious path of accompaniment where the human being is approached as a whole, cultivating internal alignment, self-responsibility, and mastery in the art of living with coherence.
This process is for sincere seekers willing to engage in real inner work, without shortcuts or ready-made solutions, and who wish to inhabit their daily life with greater presence, clarity, and meaning.

WHO THIS GUIDANCE IS FOR
This process is for you if:
+ You feel a genuine calling to engage in deep and sustained inner work.
+ You understand that no one can do the inner work for you, and that there are no magic pills to fix what you are experiencing.
+ You recognize that the time has come to take responsibility for your life.
+ You accept that the life you are currently living needs to change because it no longer feels coherent with who you are.
+ You are willing to look at and embrace all parts of yourself with honesty, responsibility, and compassion.
+ You wish to inhabit your daily life — when you go to sleep and when you wake up — with a greater sense of presence, fullness, and well-being.
+ You recognize yourself as a sincere seeker, ready to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you and to live according to what you truly are.

WHAT WE WORK ON
This process is grounded in five fundamental dimensions of being:
BODY: habits, life rhythm, rest, movement, nutrition, and body awareness
MIND: understanding thought patterns, cultivating mental clarity, and developing self-observation from presence and awareness
EMOTIONS: recognition, regulation, and deepening of emotional life
SPIRIT: connection with meaning and values, and deepening of being
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WORLD: relationships, boundaries, context, leadership, and ways of inhabiting daily life

These dimensions are not worked on in isolation, but in an integrated way, understanding that everything is connected and that each part forms a whole.

ABOUT THE 1:1 ACCOMPANIMENT & THE RELATIONSHIP
Why I Offer This Guidance

From a very young age, I entered the world of therapy and inner work — not always by choice, but because life confronted me early with experiences and wounds that needed to be addressed.
Along my path, I stumbled, fell, and broke many times. Yet each fall also became an opportunity for reconstruction. Over time, I learned to rise with greater strength, awareness, and humility.
I have gone through many experiences — some difficult to name, others deeply transformative. After years of personal work, of breaking into a thousand pieces and rebuilding myself, of dying and being reborn in a profound sense, I found my vocation: to accompany others in their own process.
Not by mandate, not by ideal, and not from a savior complex — but because life itself showed me the way, and to that calling I say yes with gratitude.

In this space, you will not find a guru.
You will find a human being who has walked their own path, who understands the process through lived experience, and who accompanies from empathy, respect, and honesty.
I do not have all the answers, nor do I pretend to. But I have developed the ability to ask the right questions, to explore, to experiment, and to sustain real processes grounded in practice — not only in theory.
I will not fix your life (no one can). But I will accompany you so that you can develop the foundations needed to inhabit your life with greater presence, coherence, and inner strength — so you can learn to surf your own wave, whatever moment you are in.

On this path, there are no rigid hierarchies.
We walk side by side, we learn from each other, and we move forward with honesty and commitment.

PROCESS STRUCTURE
+ Duration: Minimum of 3 months
+ Format: Individual 1:1 guidance
+ Sessions: One weekly session of approximately 90 minutes
+ Modality: Online
+ Between-session support: Ongoing accompaniment as agreed
+ Complementary material: Personalized practices, exercises, and resources
Each process is unique. The content and pace are adapted to the person, respecting their life moment and capacity for integration.

INVESTMENT & ENERGY EXCHANGE
Amount: €700 per month *(conscious accompaniment guarantee)
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Includes weekly 1:1 sessions (approx. 90 minutes), ongoing support, and personalized practices and resources.

CONSCIOUS ACCOMPANIMENT GUARANTEE!
At the end of the first month, we will review the process together.
If you feel the accompaniment is not the right fit - and you have engaged with sincerity and commitment- a 30-minute adjustment session will be offered at no extra cost to realign the process.
If, after this adjustment, we agree that continuing is not appropriate, the process can be concluded at the end of that month with a 30% refund of the monthly fee.
From the second month onward, the process continues based on mutual commitment.
