All morning practices take place outdoors, close to the ocean whenever possible.
Day 1 – Arrival in Salalah
• 10:00–11:00 Airport pick-up and transfer to the oceanfront villa
• Driving time approx. 20–25 minutes
• Check-in, time to rest, tea and fresh fruit
• Gentle beach walk and first contact with the ocean
14:00 Welcome lunch
• Introduction to the retreat, overview of the week, Q&A
• Time to settle in and relax
15:30 Trip to
• Al Mughsail Beach
A wide sandy beach framed by dramatic cliffs and the open Arabian Sea
• Opening circle, introductions
• Easy walk, ocean views, fresh air
• Time to unwind and land after the journey

Day 2 – Western Coast of Salalah

A scenic coastal journey along one of the most beautiful roads in Dhofar.
Highlights:
• Marneef Cave Area
Short coastal walk and viewpoints above the famous blowholes
• Jabal Shaat Viewpoints
Some of the most iconic panoramic views in Oman overlooking the ocean and mountains
• Fazayah Beach
Time by the sea and relaxed lunch stop
• Return to the villa in the late afternoon

Day 3 – Ocean Day

Day 4 – City Heritage & Valentine’s Eve

(Dry season landscapes differ from monsoon images but remain impressive)
