"How to put into words Marc, Alex and Vera (as well as all the other incredible, and welcoming humans who have hosted me). I have returned twice, (which says a lot 🙏🏼😊). I went in March ‘23 and more recently in November. There is a home-like feel to the people and the place like no other. The experience is always unique, to yourself and everyone else but there is a calmness and safety to the entire experience. I had experienced plant medicine in South America, and I found my time in Tenerife as such a special experience, one of connection, love, humour, self reflection, breakthroughs, understanding. But the main part is how it’s facilitated- that’s different, on each of my occasions, you really do leave as family (as cliche as that sounds!) I’ve never know a retreat to facilitate it so well. It holds a special place to me and I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone who is considering doing plant medicines for the first time, as it’s such a calming and safe environment. "I can't say enough about this marvelous experience I had with Avalon. Everything was designed in such a way to make my journey a most wonderful one. I felt held and supported. For someone who has difficulty asking for help in the real world, this was an exercise of total surrender that I will hold close to my heart forever. "From the moment of enquiry, I felt safe and welcomed by Dominika and Anton - nothing was too much to ask and no question was too small. Dominika kindly arranged transfers from the airport to our accommodation and everything was really smooth, I felt safe and in good hands every step of the way. Onto the retreat… WOW I have been researching Psyolcibin retreats for years and I think I found the perfect one, it’s completely private, in a nest of nature with the most peaceful sounding stream nearby. Dominka and Anton opened up their home to me and gave me the biggest homely welcome I could ask for. I was at ease the entire time - Anton prepared some food and we then went for a walk around the land, which is just so gorgeous - it felt as if we were in a movie, it felt fantastical even. Out of this world. We walked and talked and got to know eachother in preparation for the ceremony in the beautiful dome Dominika and Anton have built - it was the end of December yet it was so warm due to the fireplace, it was perfect. Dominika guided me through the ceremony and Ive never had a more spiritual moment in my life, its changed me forever, Ive seen things and been told things from my childhood, ancestors and future that I will never forget. I processed so much and was able to see the world and the universe with brand new eyes - not to mention seeing the night sky like I have never before. Out of this world. It was carthartic, joyous, revealing.. a paradigm shift. I feel so very lucky to have found Astreaflora, it could have been more perfect. I am in love with life and all it has to offer, and feel I have new friends in Dominika Anton Rinat and Little Zarya - not to mention the dogs, cats and chicken!
