With a skilled therapeutic and heart-centered approach, Alexa empowers you with tools and practices essential for your continued growth and self-discovery through her work with ancestral medicine, talk therapy, somatic and mindfulness practices, Alexa utilizes Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Relational/Cultural Therapy, and Yin Yoga Therapy, incorporating sacred medicine work and techniques such as nervous system entrainment, neuroscience-psychoeducation, and the appropriate implementation of mythology, ritual, and ancestral connection.

​Alexa holds a Master's degree in Holistic Counseling & Eco-Expressive Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Humanistic Psychology from Brown University. For over 10 years, Alexa has been on the path of ritual healing, grief processing, and plant medicine, studying under world class teachers from both indigenous and western approaches.
