About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Olivia found Yoga at a time in her life where she was working 80 hour weeks; constantly exhausted and tired by the end of every day. Yoga was her physical and emotional outlet and now she teaches others to help them heal through this practice.

She also has a passion for women's wellbeing where she now offers women's day and international retreats, as well as more 1-1 guidance.
