Hello! Check out the split picture of me... on the left, me about 10 years ago, absolutely miserable and desperately alone. On the right, me today... free, graceful, connected, and living in my truth and beauty. My own personal journey with plant medicines transformed me 100x over. Losing 70 pounds and freeing myself of chemical and relationship addictions are not a measure of my happiness, but rather outward manifestations of letting go and releasing that which no longer served me. I had no guidance or mentorship during that time starting my psychedelic journey. I want to share with you the wisdom of my own experience and the experience of helping others so you may have safe, profound and life-long results.
