Holding space to explore new fields of reality and connect to the fire of our sacred presence through meditation, movement and sound… to assist in heart-mind coherence and connection with our innate wisdom.

Yoga Teacher + Embodiment Facilitator
- Prana Flow™ 200 hour YTT Certification with 500 hours of Teacher Training with Shiva Rea
- Yin Yoga Level 1+2 with Sarah Lo (100 hours)
- Undergone further 200 hours training with Authentic Flow (Somatic Movement + Yoga) and currently in training to complete 300 hours with Authentic Flow.
- In April 2024 will have undergone 1000 hours of yoga teacher training since 2016
