Born in the lively city of Panama to Jewish parents, my life's narrative weaves together diverse threads - from studying engineering to exploring the world of music, playing piano and wind instruments, and embracing the discipline of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In 2020, my journey took a profound turn, steering me toward the realms of psychotherapy and holistic well-being.
As a musician, I've found a balance between the analytical and the artistic, creating a unique connection between my passion for melodies and the quest for inner harmony. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu became not just a martial art but a metaphor for life's constant evolution, providing me with physical and metaphorical tools for growth.
Currently, I wear the hat of a Focusing Oriented Facilitator, guiding individuals through a process that taps into the body's wisdom for self-discovery and healing. My journey extends into Somatic Experiencing, exploring the intricate connection between the mind and body, unraveling the knots of trauma and stress.
