Eileen’s teaching is mainly based on smooth flowing movements coordinated with the breath.

Eileen’s calm clear instructions will guide you through the practices… reminding you of the breath, and encouraging you to coordinate the movements with the breath.

Eileen will remind you to bring your awareness back to the breath which will allow you to go deeper into the experience as one ‘allows and let’s go’ rather than getting caught up in thoughts or with over-exertion.

She believes in the importance of including a meditative awareness into the physical practice and utilises awareness of breath, to help bring us into the present moment.

Eileen is passionate to share the benefits of yoga and meditation which can produce a sense of resilience, balance, ease stress & anxiety, facilitating calmness & being grounded.

Using the asana of Yoga & grounding of Meditation to cultivate conditions of equilibrium within. This can then lead to this calming and grounding being reflected in other areas of our everyday lives.
