Eso Terra exists to support women who wish to step into their unique purpose and essence with greater confidence. Through community, holistic exchange, and playful expression, we facilitate opportunities for transformational healing and growth.

At Eso Terra campus in Puerto Viejo we offer long term stays and retreats experiences supportive of regeneration, revolutions forward through inner conflict and expression of authentic purpose.

Unique to Eso Terra, are our "integrity quests" where guests can remain with us for 5 weeks with a "mentor in residence" immersing in nature, community and healing through intentional time. Integrity Quests offer guests a path to bringing their lives into greater alignment with their vision and values, while immersing in new holistic modalities.
