The Ashram is a very intimate space in the middle of the Mayan jungle. The Land really have something magic and healing. Because the Ashram is manage by the owner, interaction with guess is very personalized. The Beach of Puerto Morelos is very close, guest can go by walking, bicycle or scooter if guest have a license.

During retreats, guest will have a superfood smoothie every mornings after yoga practice.
At the End of the day, we will serve the main meal raw vegan diet.
During the day, if guest need food, a full kitchen is available to prepare there own things or keep some snacks.
