OM Academy is a wellness center for body and mind, integrating yoga, pilates, fitness, detox juicing, mindfulness and wellness practices to promote a healthier lifestyle, happiness, vitality and longevity. Hot Body, Cool Mind!
OM Academy combines a wellness center (massages and therapies), a Mind Spa (meditation, sound healing), and an Academy with Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates Reformer (Classic and Konnectors), Bungee, Functional Training and Crosstraining. We also offer detox juicing programmes to promote self healing and health.
We are based in a quiet area next to the Botanical Garden and Natural History Museum, but a short walk from the bustling Avenida Boavista or 15-minute walk to the Douro riverside, beaches and old town/city center.

OM Academy is based in a quiet residential area next to the Arts House, Botanical Garden and Natural History Museum, but a short walk from the bustling Avenida Boavista, 15-minute walk to the Douro riverside and 10-15-minute Uber/taxi to the medieval town, city center, or the beaches of Matosinhos and Foz.
The center has a Ganban room with volcanic rock floor and immersive sound and light system, a Yoga/Aerial Yoga and a Fitness room, 2 Pilates Reformer studios, Massage room and changing rooms.

Directions
We are 20 min from Porto airport (OPO), you can get a taxi/uber at the airport (15-20€) or book a transfer (we suggest www.100rumos.com). You can also fly to Lisbon airport (3 hours on the fast train) or Vigo (2 hours bus)
