We created our retreat organization from our shared passion for food, yoga, and meaningful travel. As Chef Wayne and Master Yoga Teacher Jenn, we wanted to blend our expertise to offer experiences that nourish both body and soul. Our mission is to create immersive retreats where mindful movement, chef-crafted meals, and intentional exploration come together. We envision welcoming, heartfelt journeys that inspire healing, joy, and deeper well-being—on the mat, at the table, and around the world.

Directions
Getting to our retreat is simple and seamless. We provide complimentary pickup for all guests arriving at the Faro Airport, Faro train station, or Faro bus station. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transported in our luxury retreat vehicle directly to the villa.
If you prefer to arrive by car, we will provide detailed driving directions after booking. Our hillside villa in São Brás de Alportel is easy to access and offers convenient onsite parking.
