We exist to share the authentic wisdom of Chinese Chan (Zen) Buddhism with seekers from around the world. In a historic Tang Dynasty-style temple, far from modern distractions, we offer a rare opportunity to learn directly from experienced monks who carry forward meditation traditions passed down for over a thousand years. Our vision is to help people rediscover inner peace, mental clarity, and genuine wellbeing through time-tested practices—sitting meditation, walking meditation, tea ceremony, and mindful living. We believe that by temporarily stepping away from phones, noise, and constant stimulation, anyone can reconnect with their true nature and return to daily life with renewed purpose and calm.

Our retreat takes place in an authentic Tang Dynasty-style Buddhist temple nestled in national forest parks in China Guangzhou . The temple complex features traditional wooden architecture with curved eaves, tranquil courtyards, meditation halls, and peaceful gardens. Ancient bells mark the rhythm of daily practice. The serene natural surroundings—forests, walking paths, and mountain views—provide the perfect environment for deep meditation and inner reflection.

Directions
Nearest international airport: Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), approximately 1.5 hours from the temple.
From the airport, guests can take a private car transfer directly to the temple (recommended), or take the Airport Express to Guangzhou city center, then transfer to Metro Line 13 to Guanhu Station (官湖站), Exit B, followed by a 15-minute taxi ride to the temple.
Alternative route: High-speed train to Guangzhou, then Metro Line 13 to Guanhu Station, Exit B. Local bus Zengcheng Route 40 (增城40路) also stops directly at Baihua Temple.
We provide airport pickup and drop-off service for all retreat participants. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent upon booking confirmation.
