About Grof Holotropic Breathwork

Mission & Vision

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method for healing and self-exploration developed in the 1970s by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof.

It uses accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork to access expanded states of consciousness. In these states the psyche’s natural capacity for healing and insight is activated, allowing unfinished experiences, emotions, and inner images to surface and integrate.

The practice is offered in a carefully structured process that includes preparation, breathwork sessions, and integration. All of this unfolds in a safe and supportive setting, with facilitators trained to accompany participants through their unique inner journey.
