Food during the retreats is focused on detoxification. Don't worry, you can eat very well while cleansing your system. Unlimited vegetable juices, mixed salads, fruits, and dried fruits.

Directions
Coming by Car: The cottage is located near the village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts, at the very end of the Route du Prayet. On the Route des Pangouniers leading to the village, you will first pass under the archway of a building.
Take the ramp on the right and you will arrive at a crossroads called "Les Quatre Chemins" (The Four Paths). You will see the sign shown on the left of this screen.
Follow the signs for Route du Prayet – Le Prayet – Clos du Dou. The Route du Prayet is paved all the way to the farm, so simply follow the asphalt.
Coming by Train: the nearest train station is located in the city of Gap. We organize there one pick-up back & forth during retreats.
Coming by plane: the nearest airport is located at Marseille. There you will need to take a bus (Zou line 68 direction Barcelonette - stop at Saint Vincent les Forts Village) to come to the retreat.
