About Athena Wolf and Laura Barboza
Athena Wolf and Laura Barboza
Mission & Vision
Quetzalcoatl's teachings make up the Toltecayotl-the art of intentional doing, a guide for the transformation
of individuals and society. We conduct research on medicinal plants, host community garden plant give-aways, and offer in-person apprenticeship retreats that convey the unique and powerful Latin American system of healing known as Curanderismo. We emphasize the cultures, language, and traditions of the Maya and Naga Maya and convey these with appreciation and respect. The apprenticeship is designed to help you develop the intuitive abilities of the healer and gain the knowledge of thousands of years of human interaction with plants, food, prayer, and energy work.
