Mindful Dating Journey exists to help emotionally intelligent singles heal the patterns that make love feel unsafe, confusing, or one-sided—so they can attract aligned partnership without abandoning themselves. My mission is to make emotional healing practical and embodied through gentle yoga, chakra-based healing, trauma-aware nervous-system regulation, and mindful dating frameworks. Many people know what to do, but their nervous system still chooses survival: overgiving, chasing clarity, shutting down, settling, or repeating the same relationship with a different face. My vision is a world where dating becomes a path of self-respect, emotional safety, and spiritual alignment—and relationships are secure, mutual, and real.
Venue & Amenities
This is a private online retreat held in a calm, confidential virtual space. Your “venue” is your chosen sanctuary—home or hotel—so you can soften, rest, and integrate immediately after sessions. Recommended setup: a quiet room, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, water/tea, and reliable Wi-Fi. Headphones are encouraged for deeper immersion and privacy.
Meals
Since this is a private online retreat, no meals are provided. Participants choose and prepare their own food during the 10 days.
This is a private online retreat, so there is no physical location to travel to. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your secure session link and scheduling instructions. To “arrive,” simply join from a quiet, private space with reliable Wi-Fi using a laptop or tablet (headphones recommended). Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (EST), with a choice of a morning or evening daily session window.
