Shadow to the Light Experience

Shadow to the Light exists because real transformation needs more than talk: it needs a place where the nervous system can finally rest. Set in South-West France, our retreat centre welcomes people recovering from addiction, toxic relationships, and parental alienation, guiding them beyond willpower into lasting change.
We work with the Operating System modality: your Sensitive, Managing, Reactive and Inherited layers, and the Grounded State beneath them. Layers form in relationship; they shift in relationship too. That's why we pair coaching with polyvagal-informed practices, community, nature, and real human witnessing.
