Pneuma Trance® exists to provide a structured, non-clinical framework for the study and guided practice of trance induced and sustained through introspective breathing. The work integrates neurophysiological regulation, attentional training and symbolic observation to explore Estados No Ordinarios de Conciencia in a controlled, ethical and repeatable format.

The retreat includes spaces within Hotel El Paraíso and Hotel Santa María, featuring a restaurant built directly into the rock, open gardens and surrounding forest.
This stone-integrated dining space reflects the natural architecture of the region, providing a grounded and contained environment for meals and shared moments.
All locations are selected for their silence, structure and integration with nature, supporting both group sessions and individual rest.

Meals
Menu Types
Meals are fresh, simple and balanced, using local ingredients. Designed to support clarity and energy. Includes 2–3 meals daily plus snacks. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
Getting Here
Directions
The retreat takes place in the Teotihuacan and Huasca region in central Mexico.
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX). Participants should arrive to Mexico City, where group transportation is provided at scheduled times to the retreat locations.
