Sal-Me is a retreat space dedicated to helping women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find their own rhythm again — away from constant demands and expectations.
Founded by Catja Østner, Sal-Me weaves together soft yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and women's circles as a path to transformation. At the heart of it all is a wish to create safe spaces where people can arrive as they are, move at their own pace, and simply be supported.
We host intimate retreats at La Commanderie — a peaceful estate in Southwest France — offering gentle, spacious programs that nourish body, mind, and soul.
