Ebbio is a gorgeously restored 13th century farmhouse surrounded by 17 acres of rustic countryside, sitting on an extinct volcano, overlooking the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni.

The country ways of old Italy are preserved at Ebbio, where they dedicate themselves to the organic cultivation of olive trees, fruit, vegetables and herbs.
