Blue Butterfly Center

I had the privilege to be able to participate in an Ayahuasca retreat at the Blue Butterfly Center.
The retreat took place in a beautiful and intimate location : a garden close to a forest and river. I felt in good hands with Aya. In addition to the Ayahuasca ceremonies, he added many interesting elements, such as the use of drawings.
The experience created a lasting change.

This was honestly one of the most profound and meaningful experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Aya Navin is a master of his craft and I literally have made plans to revisit this retreat in the very near future. I cannot quite put into words how powerful the ceremonies were but it was something both healing and beyond special.

It was my second time doing an ayahuasca ceremony but I’ve never gone through anything like what I had here at the Blue Butterfly retreat.

Nestled in the forest of La Tigra. The grounds of the property are absolutely breathtaking .
The love and care given by Juan, Miriam and Parvati also adds to the heartfelt experience. They are such warm and caring souls, it literally felt like I was apart of their family after just a couple of days.

Aya’s wisdom and capacity to connect with you on such a intimate and deep level really adds to the entire experience. I’ll have to be back. Amazing, Amazing retreat! Thank you so much Aya and the team of Blue Butterfly.

Unfortunately I did not have as great an experience as the rest of the reviews. I felt great going into the retreat. When I left I felt worse than when I started the retreat. The medicine did nothing for me. I didn’t feel the same results as others say they get out of the medicine. Aya had a lot going on. I was the only one at the retreat practicing being off your phone (I truly think it’s rude when others are on their phone and they are not supposed to be). The food was great, the retreat was great. On the last day Aya took us to a cool hot springs. For the money I paid and the experience I was hoping for I would not recommend attend this retreat again.

Bruno (Aya) is a master of his craft. This was my first time with Ayahuasca. The ceremonies were personal, eye-opening and literally outta the world!!! The sketches were a great insight into my own life. He has a lot to offer and I’ve learned a lot about myself and hope I do justice to my post ceremony integration. If Ayahuasca wills it again I’ll be back to Bruno in a heartbeat! Much love, respect and blessings to him and anyone considering this journey!

My husband and I did a five-day couple's retreat at Blue Butterfly Center and are so happy that we did. Aya and Kay put a tremendous amount of work into creating a meaningful experience for us, from a beautiful location and thoughtfully prepared meals to the ceremonial aspects of the retreat. It was incredibly memorable, thought-provoking, and the experience gave us a unique look into our own patterns and ways of being that we likely would not have otherwise accessed. We felt incredibly safe, cared for and tended to during our time there and very much hope to cross paths with Aya and Kay again in the future!
